This assignment is a clinical case narrative on a pediatric sick patient that a nurse practitioner sees in a clinic. Please feel free to make up info as needed. I just need the patient to be a 16 vear old female who is coming to the office for complains of sore throat and fever. Her diagnosis will be Streptococcal Pharyngitis (Strep Throat).
