This assignment entails capturing a detailed business process of one of your current or past job descriptions.
First, this exercise requires gathering information about a given business process from you as a domain expert or subject matter expert at your workplace. Second, it requires you to assume the role of a process analyst by using BPMN diagram to fully and extensively (using object and resource where necessary) depict the business process you would have gathered in the first part of this assignment. Thirdly, identify steps in this process into Value adding (VA), Business Value adding (BVA) and Non-Value adding (NVA) steps.
Submit the textual description of one your job processes, a BPMN diagram using Bizagi modeler, and classification of your steps (VA, BVA and NVA) on or before 11:59pm on November 24.
