There are 6 question in this project, I would like to have PIK3CA as my gene interest for question 1. For question 2, I would like to use NCBI blast for it as it what I learn from lecture. For question 3, pls included the Accession number in the answer as my lecturer may check on it. For question 4, pls use biomart if available as the lecturer mentioned can find there. For question 5, please use the tool called CARMAweb, as it is the tool I learn in the class. in addition, for question 5, pls use 6-10 samples as the dataset only as my lecturer dont want to have that much data. Furthermore, as the assignment require 2 figure or table. I would like to have 1 of it for the cluster analysis as shown in attachment. Thanks.
Lastly, as this piece of work is evaluate whether I know how to use the bioinformatic tool from the lecturer point of view. Please describe how to work on question 2 to question 5 to fulfil assessment criteria, thanks
