1. Go the following websites about financial regulation timelines and pick four (4) regulations for your analysis.

2. Read the related materials regarding financial regulations and do researches.
3. For each regulation, please do an analysis and summarize of the following:
A. Provide a detailed introduction of the regulations: such as the background of the regulations, the detailed requirements of the regulations, what was the intended purpose of this regulation and the actual result of the regulation etc.
B.Talk about your own understanding of each regulation. For example, do you think this was a necessary or good regulation and do you agree that the regulation achieved intended results? What is the problem associated with the regulation etc.
4. After the summery of the four regulations, talk about your view of the financial regulation in general. For example, do you believe that we need to tighten the financial regulations or we need to deregulate the financial industry? What are your rationales?
