The paper was completed by one of your writers. Some of it does not make sense to me and just replicates the original document eg. table 1 and 2. Please review the rubric, the capstone part 3 document and the the chapter 3 in progress doc( this is the one the writer completed). WE ARE ONLY WORKING ON CHAPTER 3 BUT IT SHOULD FLOW WITH CHAPTERS 1 AND 2. Also, we will not be using questionnaires for the study and he provided no extra reference. only medical records.
