The paper is about a proposal to bring a Value added tax into the U.S tax system in order to fix the country’s debt. Yet, the United States debt has passed that, racking up more by the minute without any plan to fix the issue. While many people worry about prices going up for consumers, a Value-Added-Tax should be implemented in the U.S to combat the increasing national debt and obtain a better financial future for the country.
