The final presentation will be graded on the following components:
6-12 Minutes in length (10) – Note: larger teams expect a longer length of presentation (i.e. think about approximately 5 minutes per team member) – Note, you will not be penalized if the length fits into the 6-12 minute window. If it goes much longer than 12 Minutes, consider why and for what reason it is going long. Also, if it is under 6 minutes, consider what you are maybe leaving out.
Use of A/V and Technology (10)
Articulation of the material / Communication (10)
How did you go about planning for the project (10)
Who maintained what roles and how did the roles effectively work for the assembly of the project plan (10)
What were some of the challenges, how did you overcome these challenges (10)
Group cohesion and communication among the members (10)
Overall execution of the presentation (editing, upload, title, names included, introduction, etc) (10)
What were some of the coolest aspects of your plan (10)
Final thoughts or take-aways (10)
Note: It is important to know that the structure of your presentation does not require a call and response to the rubric questions above. Please consider creativity to be an additional way to gain style points. The presentation is not a proposal or deliverable of the written base line plan. It is an asynchronous discussion of your process and the experience and your reflection of the project as a whole. What were the best parts? Where did you all work well together? Where was the greatest struggle? How did you engage with each other to overcome the obstacles? How did the scrum process work for you or against you?
