3) Identify and describe the potential areas environmental and social impact, as well as define the
governance that will guide your business.
a. Specify these elements along the continuum of your value chain.
b. Define the strategy for managing the Raw Material, Manufacturing and Waste segments of
your business – how you will structure them anew or remediate what’s off course. Be
realistic(ish) and paced.
