You are hired as an external consultant to examine the business practices of any major sports franchise (i.e., NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, WNBA, MLS, NWSL). Describe what you see on the whole. Focus your essay on the one area (e.g., HR, marketing, community relations, finance, etc.) you identify as the greatest potential to make rapid improvements in the organization, but do not ignore the others, particularly in developing the background for your essay.
