Read the instructions Carefully and Choose a Topic 1 or 2 before to start write 2-3 pages only and the resto of pages write an outline so other groups know what to do.
Please identify a leader of organizational change to interview OR a topic of interest to your team for which you will write a 10-page paper and develop a 20-minute presentation. Analyze this topic, applying both theoretical and practical content from our readings, discussion and your experiences.
Some key questions may include:
(1) If choosing to focus on a specific organization and leader of change:
• Describe the organizational change in detail, with an emphasis on how the leader
influenced the change process? How do/did the leader’s actions relate to the content
that we’ve discussed this semester?
• How would you characterize the success of the change process and the leader’s role in
leading the change? What recommendations would you give for improving the process
for the future?
(2) If choosing an organizational change topic:
• Background on the topic, with a focus on summarizing current thinking on the topic
of interest (both academic and practitioner
• How does this relate to the theories and content we’ve discussed this semester about
organizational change? What recommendations can you provide for organizations and
leaders confronting this issue.
