Psycho therapy:
I attend a group therapy for those who needs help tolorating the situation they had. there was 3 patients and one of them talk about losing her son about week ago and she is trying to be positive about it and relief her stress and sadness. She talked about having a small box and put on it everythings makes her feel comfort like types of food she like, her son pictures, his toys and even a story book they gave for the son while he was 3 years old. There was a leader who was asking questions about stress relieving stratifigies and they were answering him like one of them mentioned spending time with frinds, looking for the future could help i share how i’m now having stress from nursing school and that looking for the future like i’m graduating in the next semester makes me feel confident. Then after that session there was another one after having a short break playing therapy we played a board game called that or this? I had fun because we get opportunity to know each one what likes or what not for example the game was picking a card and each card has two questions if you get the colors card you will ask the questions and the group member will guess what fit me well like do I like coffee or tea and someone guess it’s tea and if someone get the black card will ask question and each one in the group answer based on their preferences and what they like. They found a good way in the therapy is relieving stree by plying game.
