Please write a response to the following question:
In topic 6, a top 13 list of essentials for successful implementation was offered. I want your group’s opinions as to which three (3) lessons are the most important to successful implementation and why? Additionally, explain how you would implement these issues in order to maximize the probability for implementation success. You should be able to answer this question in .75 – 1 page.
Top 3 chosen are:
1) Culture (tie in how “Leadership Matters” is important to Culture)
2) Communication
3) Monitor/Track Performance
Include an Introduction, then paragraph for each essential chosen. In the Conclusion, reference how all components are critical to a successful implementation. The essay should be single-spaced with 1-inch margins. Please discuss how these elements are essential for all business types: corporate, government, non-profit, etc.and use examples (Starbucks, Walmart, etc.). No references/works cites are needed.
