Please read the following word document. There are a few parts. The proposal is the part I am working on right now:
In 1 or 2 pages tell me what the purpose of your project is.
1. Product or Service: You should identify the product(s) or service(s). In some instances, you might have a choice of two products or services. And the purpose of the project is to compare and decided which one will be the best given certain conditions.
2. The country of origin: Indicate the country of origin of the product(s) or service(s).
3. The target country(ies): If working solo all you need is one target country where you intent to introduce your product or services. If working in a group you may need at least two potential target countries. The only way you can have only one country is when introducing at least two product or services into one country.
4. The mode of entry: Indicate the mode of entry and why. (Import/export, licensing, franchise, FDI, etc.)
5. Don’t forget to include a cover page and indicate the team members or participants .

Review, the instructor notes and comments in the same link to see IF the project proposal has been approved. If the project is not adequate for the course, a note will be posted under that Project Proposal link and it will be reset for you to re-submit.
