You will focus on change management and explore the skills leaders need to implement change and to create a culture of continuous innovation. Because technology and the needs of the organization are constantly in flux, change-management skills to integrate, implement, and create a culture of innovation are essential to leaders’ success.
7- This week you will explore ways technology can enable corporate strategy. New business models are emerging, and technology is a significant part in these models. You will consider how these changes will impact your organization. Additionally, you will explore key drivers of organizational innovation.
8- This week, you will explore ways to measure the effectiveness of technology and evaluate technology management within organizations. You will offer recommendations for best practices and improvements with technology-management initiatives.
