One article review, based upon two articles, of at least 1,000 words will be completed from magazines of your choice.
Do not use the local newspaper as a source. The original publication date of the articles used must be no older than six weeks from the due date of the Article Review (if you cannot determine the original date of the publication, do not use this article) on at least two articles that can be used to apply somewhat basic macroeconomic concepts. The reviews should follow the format given in the example and include a graphical application (it should deal with the more advanced concepts of aggregate demand and aggregate supply as it pertains to monetary and fiscal policy). The paper will be broken into three sections:
a) summary of the main issues in the articles,
b) applications of economic theories (Mandatory application of fiscal and/or monetary policy) with graphical application – (Mandatory application of AD/AS – draw using MS Word or simply draw it, take a picture, and upload).
Please let me know if a quick drawing would not be possible.
c) a personal viewpoint applying what you have learned from the articles and overall from macroeconomics.
The paper will be checked for plagiarism.
I’ve also attached a rubric and an example paper of how it should be written and formatted.
