In brief, the discussion section comprises of 8 factors, each factor shall include the following subheadings in the discussion section: A. Conclusion: In this conclusion, you should include the general conclusion on the factor. our conclusions should be specific to how the court will likely rule on each specific factors.
B. Rules: In this section, you just want to tell the reader what the rules are.
C. Explanation of Cases: Explanation paragraphs should start with the court’s holding for this factor and shall include the reasoning used in the case.
D. Analysis/application: this section shall include a comparison between the precedent case and the final memo case. The important part of the analysis section is the facts of our case.
E. Conclusion: this section is similar to part A, however should include a more detailed conclusion)
