Joint Combined Exchange Training (JCET) is a training effort with local host government forces primarily intended to give area orientation to U.S. Special Operations Forces. JCET exercises are usually composed of between 10 and 40 troops and operate under the authority of Section 322 of Title 10, U.S. Code (1991).
