I’m currently doing a bachelor degree in psychology and we have a class called measurement theory 2. We are supposed to do psychometric analyses on spss about the topic counterproductive work behavior and afterwards write a report of 1700 words. I already did the spss part so I’ll provide you with the output (2files). There is one file with all the instructions of the report and I’ll add additional files of exercises we had during the course it might be a help to interpret things the right way as well as lecture slides those are in no way mandatory to look at if you get the output:). If you want I can also send you an example of a report from last year but they had a different topic so I don’t know if it helps you much.
