I had a clininc in Thursday 11/09/2023 in Sweds hospital I went to the psychiatric unit in the 4th floor my instructor let me talk with a patient with biopsy disorder manic episode for around 2 hrs who had high energy, inadequate sleep, she is in a seconds became aggressive for example we were talking about different things and she was nice and calm when I asked her about the time she woke up she told me stop talking or i will pull your hair and start talking quitely like she don’t want anyone listen to her. And then in a seconds she start laughing and talk about differnt things with me. She was singing songs and explain it to me, she was a smart and happy women. She likes talking about dads. I enjoyed talking to her. She talks about a sad story she had that his work partner killed himself and each time she feel sad or nervous she asked me to check her capillary refills and asking me if it’s good. It’s kind of checking her capillary refills could let her feel better. I was listening for everything she was talking about following her everywhere she go.
