I already have the research proposal.(one page) with two academic peer reviewed(( Attached)). All you need is to complete the research.
4 page research paper utilizing APA format. The student shall utilize 4 academic peer-reviewed journal articles from research conducted in the United States within the body of the text. Two of the four academic peer-reviewed journal articles must contain a research study. The student will include the following from the academic research study articles: Objective, Background/Introduction, Design, and Participants (subjects)—method, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. The student will also discuss why the research is relevant to the main topic and how and why the research contributes or has implications, if any, on employers, employees, specific departments, and the organization.
