Hello, here’s a community project proposal for a Community Nursing course for a daycare center in a low-income community in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It’s the final project for the class, and it requires a complete proposal with a PowerPoint presentation to accompany it. While we’re supposed to come up with a problem identification and present a solution, however, the school has made it easy for us, the students in that community, to come and do a health fair at the school next Spring semester, like our school did last Spring. So I’d like you to help with a health fair proposal for the school.
I have attached a sample from previous students to see what they did and also a community assessment survey we did for the school/community. Again, it is a daycare center for low-income households. Also, please do a PowerPoint presentation as well, because we are supposed to present it in class.
Lastly, in the proposal paper and presentation, make sure to put
