For this assignment, you can use your own organization or one with which you are familiar to complete this assignment.
Begin by locating three scholarly articles where the researchers evaluated the role of organizational behavior in organizations, apply this to the organization you choose, and examine how theory translates into practice. For each of the articles, provide the following:
Summary of the article, an overview of the research method used in the study presented within the article, and findings from the research.
Then compare the three articles by evaluating the similarities and differences in their findings. Use the findings from these articles to evaluate how this can all be applied within an actual organization in alignment with the scholar-practitioner concept. How do the theory and research translate into practice? As a result of this review and summary, the student will develop a PowerPoint presentation. The student will also review and select an appropriate journal for submitting this type of paper and state why you chose that journal. Find out the information about how to submit to that journal and what criteria are for submission. Explain that process and those criteria.
Length: 12-15 slides, not including the title and reference slides.
Notes length: 200 – 350 words per slide
References: Include a minimum of 5 peer-reviewed scholarly sources.
