Chapter 1: Please revise the Conceptual Framework Section to include and introduce the following relevant theories: 1. Tinto’s Model of Instructional Departure 2. Knowles Theory of Andragogy (Adult Learning Theory 3. Student Involvement Theory developed by Alexander Astin 4. Conceptual Model of Nontraditional Undergraduate Student Attrition developed by John Bean and Barbara Metzner.
