Ch. 18 covers several legislative acts that resulted from significant historical events that negatively impacted the lives of certain people in our society such as African Americans, women, and children, etc. Choose one of these acts and explain its purpose, impact on the way we conduct business and reasons why such laws are necessary, if necessary today. You should prepare a minimum of 5 PowerPoint slides and talking points (using the notes section of the slide). Your presentation should not exceed 8 slides. This assignment is intended to give you experience creating presentation slides with the expectation of developing oral communication skills. Be sure to include a reference slide. This will not count as part of the numerical requirement for the presentation.
