Assignment Guidelines:
ALL FILES NEEDED FOR ASSIGNMENT ARE ATTACHED AND NAMED PROPERLY BELOW
1. Open Self Assessment Test Results 12.1
2. Open and Follow Self Assessment Scoring 12.1 for this instrument to reckon your scores
3. Prepare a Word file with your name, course name, and date in the header and title it “Third Skills Assessment Set”. Use the main heading “Inclusive Leadership Reflection Instrument” and then include a two-column table with the 6 scoring categories (i.e. total number of No’s, One-on-one, Teams (as leader), Teams (as facilitator), Teams (as participant), and Mentor/Protégé) in the first column, and the respective score for each category based on the results of the assessment in the right column under the subheading “Assessment Results”.
4. Under a second subheading “Interpretation” in the same Word file, interpret your score for each style based on the attached Scoring Assessment Interpretation 12.1 and discuss your inclusive leadership behaviors based on these guidelines and the class material on the topic. Lastly, under a third subheading ‘Illustration’, share a brief story from a time when you have been an inclusive leader or a story in which you could have exhibited more inclusive leadership behavior.

7. In the same Word file that you created under point #3 above, include a second main heading “Gender-Leader Bias Questionnaire”. Include include a two-column table with the 2 behavioral characteristics (i.e. communal and agentic) in the first column, and the respective score for each characteristic based on the results of the assessment in the right column under the subheading “Assessment Results”. Then, under a second subheading ‘Interpretation’, interpret your scores based on the Self Assessment Scoring 14.1 and the class material on the topic. Lastly, under a third subheading ‘Illustration’, share a brief story from a situation in which you had a biased association that you were unaware of, and briefly discuss how you would have acted or reacted differently based on the knowledge (and awareness) you now gained of the broad reach of these biases/stereotypes.
The Word file should be a maximum of 3 pages, single-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font. Submit the Word file by uploading it and clicking the ‘Submit Assignment’ button (Do Not use Google Drive!) You must to complete both skills assessments and all tasks (i.e. tasks 1-7, see assignment guidelines) to meet the minimum requirements for grading, and incomplete submissions will receive a grade of zero.
