A written evaluation of the agency is required. The evaluations must be typed using Microsoft Word. All computer labs on campus have Microsoft Word. Your format is Calibri or Times New Roman, double-spaced, with 12-point font. The critique must be a minimum of 1800 words in length. Grading will be based on a critical analysis, content, and mechanics (i.e., grammar, sentence structure, organization, spelling, etc.) Do not overlook mechanics. The paper will be graded strictly on this topic. Microsoft Word has spell check. Questions are the following: -A summary of the internship organization’s mission. -Your experience with the organization.What did you learn? What experience did you gain? -How did your education at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley prepare you for a career in that field of criminal justice or social services. -Include the courses you have taken pertaining to policing, law, courts, and corrections. -Include anything you found missing from education which did not prepare you adequately. -What you would recommend be added or deleted from the university degree course curriculum.
