A fortune 500 telecommunication company hires a office full of wireless managers to lead a wireline and internet billing and order department an none of the managers know the methods and procedures of the new department.
The company then began to route the sales calls outside of its native state and allow out of region employees to sell to the customers, adding products and services that their customer never ordered, and force the native state to receive all of the irate customers and complaints.
