What the symptoms are that inform the physician that this
genetic disease is present.
How the disease is diagnosed.
What treatments are being used/tested.
What is the prognosis for the afflicted individual.
This needs to be type written and proper grammar used.
Needs to include list of references used.
The format is different than as usual report. It is to be a letter to a family member (Grandma, Grandpa, favorite aunt, etc) giving them information about this disease. Assume someone in your family (sib, parent, cousin, etc) has been diagnosed with it.
Note: This is required to be written in a letter format to a beloved one who knows nothing about medicine
