1. Obtain information from the School Business Admin and/or consult with the NJ Department of Education’s website concerning the level of state aid available to your school district over the last three years.
2. Analyze the impact of any changes by identifying cuts, curtailed programs, or effects due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
3. INclude new programs made possible through increased funding.

1. Review the district’s Multi-year Equity Plan needs assessment and analyze the success of each school in meeting diverse school and community conditions and dynamics. If the plan does not exist, download the Multip-year Equity Plan checklist from the Department of Education website and complete it for your school. Identify areas of strength and weakness in the plan and make at least three recommendations for improvement.
