You are to analyze the information that will be relevant for you to address to create a strategic plan and budget plan. Your focus will be to assist the Senior Leadership Team to develop a budget for 2024-25 to the Board of Directors for approval. You will be assessed on your financial management skills and how you apply principles covered in this section as it pertains to budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, internal control systems and financial reporting.
