1) Discuss one low/tough/uncomfortable moment and one high/uplifting moment, highlighting how your team has evolved this semester.

(I choose RR2. sub-competency: Recognize one’s limitations in skills, knowledge, and abilities. I aslo explained: It is important to understand that no one person can be an expert in everything, and that everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. Acknowledging these limitations can help team members work together more effectively and efficiently.
Another example could be when a team member recognizes that they lack the knowledge required to make an informed decision. In this case, they can consult with other team members who have more expertise in that area. This can help ensure that the team makes the best possible decision.
In summary, recognizing one’s limitations in skills, knowledge, and abilities is an important part of teamwork. It allows team members to work together more effectively and efficiently, and can help ensure that the project is completed to a high standard.

4)What will you take from this class into your post-graduation plans?
*Note: I helped to finish our team goal every week, I never missed any class and I always took high responsibility and I worked hard for the group but not the leader, I also helped them a lot but I do not know how to say nice and humbly. (this is what i said:I am more analytical and detail-oriented and usually my role is to communicate and work together with other team members and more if they need help).
