You will be required to submit a project proposal and an annotated bibliography to me in advance so I can provide relevant feedback and guidance on the projects. The proposals must be 1 page double-spaced and should include your research question(s), outline of the paper (sub-topics, main points, etc.), a working hypothesis (what you assume at that point you will be arguing or demonstrating), and an annotated bibliography containing the minimum number of sources mentioned above) with 3-4 sentences for each explaining why they are relevant and how they will help you with your project.
