You can access the cases one of two ways. You may directly access the cases from the folder labeled “Cases” in the module. You may also access the cases from Westlaw after clicking the link in the Case Study Options page in the module. If you choose to do so, after you click on the Westlaw Campus Research link next to your optional cases, click Cases, then under Federal Cases by Court, Click, U.S. Supreme Court. In the search engine, type in the name and cite of your chosen case.
