Visualization takes on many different forms, and this is in no way meant to be prescriptive. What I’m looking for you to explore is something that you can use if you are to teach a skill to someone who is motivated to be the best they can be in that particular activity. Choose your task, and then using the steps and example that follows, create something that is meaningful to you, that you may be able to use in future teaching/coaching situations.
