Utilize academic resources to support your conclusions. Sources must be cited using APA Style format (in-text citations and reference list).
Your response should be no more than 300 words and no less than 100 words and use correct spelling and grammar. You will not be able to see the responses of your classmates until you have made your post. Once you have submitted, read and respond to at least two peers.

The discussion will explore the analysis judges undertake to determine if expert testimony demonstrates a logical link between objective facts and offered opinions. After viewing the video, taken together with the other content of Modules 5 and 6, discuss the role of the judge and the jury as it relates to expert testimony. Include supporting facts as well as any personal thoughts regarding the legal aspects of expert testimony and scientific evidence.
