Use at least seven current (published within the past ten years) peer-reviewed journal articles as your resources for the paper. You may include any of the references listed above and others that you find in your search of the scholarly literature. Do not use direct quotes, your Sue textbook or content from any popular psychology websites. Your paper should contain the following elements:  Provide an explanation of intersectionality theory. Next, situate and discuss your social location and personal intersectional identity. Investigate and describe your lived experience with social privilege and social oppression.  Explore how your intersectional identity influences your work with clients. How might it benefit or impede your work? What steps can you take to amplify the benefits and mitigate the impediments?  Describe one of these three theories: critical race theory, Black feminist theory, or the minority stress model. Explain how this theory frames your understanding of clients with diverse intersectional identities and will help you become an effective advocate and social change agent.  How does your selected theory inform and influence your commitment to anti- oppressive social work practice? How will you apply this knowledge in your practice?
