This is a group assignment. Create an annotated bibliography. Find sources that cover (a) the
importance of the issue, (b) causes of the issue and (c) solutions or developmental processes for
improvements or enhancements. An annotated bibliography is more than a listing of references.
You are to include both descriptive and evaluative elements. In other words, a summary and
assessment accompany each reference source. Your annotated bibliography should include the
following:
a) At least eight (8) references. References should be of varying types, including three (3)
or more peer reviewed scientific articles.
 Find sources that cover the (a) importance of the issue, (b) causes of the issue and
(c) solutions or developmental processes regarding the issue.
 Important: Ultimately in the final report, you need to be able to explain the
primary causes of your topic. Causes are things that precede the phenomena and
produce, or bring out, the resulting phenomena. Scientifically speaking, causes
are independent variables or predicators. Explain WHY “X” causes “Y” – the
logic and reasoning.
b) Format references properly using either APA or MLA style.

c) Provide three to five sentences summarizing the main arguments or findings of each
source.
d) Provide two to three sentences assessing each source. Evaluations may consider issues
such as: reliability, biases, purpose of source, comparisons to other findings, or how does
it influence your own thinking?
The topic we are using is JOB SATISFACTION, I will be attaching 3 articles you only have to do 3 sources NOT 8. Using the sources I provided format an annotated bibliography using the steps above.
