Thesis: The Importance of Collaborating Consistently with Industry to Ensure Career and Technical Education is Teaching What Employers Want.
You will use the same articles you used for the annotated bibliography. (Bibliography attached below, you did for me) You need to cite at least 4 of them (2 primary and 2 secondary) in your paper. Your paper will need to be at least 1000 words but no more than 1250. (Not including the reference list).

Your paper will take the form of a standard 5-paragraph essay. Each paragraph should be 200-250 words. In addition to the specific rubric criteria listed below for specific paragraphs, the paper will also be evaluated for proficiency in these two areas:
Organization and clarity: Clear, well organized paper; paragraphs begin with topic sentences related to thesis; topic sentences fully developed in each paragraph; paper flows logically, reader doesn’t get lost.
Editing and APA style format: Flawless paper or an occasional minor error; looks like a professional education paper; follows APA formatting; title is engaging and will hook the audience to read. The audience are professional who know about the topic.
Title
Write a title that will hook your audience’s interest. Assume the audience has not read this assignment and will read your paper because the title catches their attention. You want your paper to be read!
Paragraph #1 – Introduction and Thesis Statement
Your introduction paragraph should explain the topic being addressed by providing background information before presenting your thesis statement. If your thesis is not written in a three-part thesis format, the introduction should end with a signposting of the key points that will follow in the body paragraphs.

Paragraphs #2, #3, #4 – Body Paragraphs

Each paragraph should synthesize ideas from at least two different research articles to substantiate (support) the presented idea(s)/positions. Each paragraph should begin with a topic sentence and should end with a transitional sentence to provide flow to the next paragraph.
Evaluation for Proficiency includes two criteria:
Quality of ideas and synthesis: Strong analysis and synthesis of ideas; Develops key points with information from sources to support ideas or positions; identifies relationships and draws conclusions
Use of evidence: Excellent use of research sources to support ideas; effectively provides relevant examples, evidence, and appropriate citations for sources; Cites at least 2 primary and 2 secondary sources and cites at least two sources per key point paragraph
Paragraph #5 – Conclusion
Your conclusion paragraph should begin with a transitional phrase to clearly identify it as the conclusion. It should include a restatement of the thesis and connect it with the body, explaining how each point supports it. It should explain the topic’s significance thoughtfully and satisfyingly. Your final sentence should provide closure in a clear and compelling manner. No new evidence should be presented in the conclusion.
Evaluation for Proficiency: Creative transitional phrase starts the conclusion (not “in conclusion”); Reiterates the thesis in a clear manner; Connects each point to the thesis; Closes in a way that the reader understands the significance of the topic and is spurred into wanting to learn more about the topic;
Reference List
A reference list with only sources cited in the paper should be provided and properly formatted per APA style. The reference list does not contribute to the word count of the entire paper.
