multinational or transnational – seek tutor’s approval).

Once you chose your company, you need to gather relevant data to address
the below requirements.
– Critically appraise the impact of national culture on their managerial
decisions in relation to human resource management (discuss how IHRM
decisions and operations are affected by cultural practices – Use
examples from different national cultures wherever your chosen
organisation is operating).
– Also include an evaluation of the chosen companies’ international
