The arguments being built towards the effectiveness of cleaner fish on reducing sea lice numbers is a great priority and looks well established (since the goal is to reduce sea lice!).
Consider that the Manager will likely want a balanced consideration for each argument– what are the counterarguments to each benefit raised and how do these weigh against one another?
For example are there any data which may counter-argue your point about effective reduction in sea lice numbers? If so what information and arguments are there about this and how does this weigh against the evidence provided for their use.
I merely want a couple of pages focusing on the main arguments for and against use (prioritize the main arguments) and 1-2 suggestions on what you think the next steps should be.
