Students will write a 2 to 3-page paper reflecting upon their personal philosophy of guidance. This paper should include information learned so far in the semester on evidence-based practices that promote an encouraging classroom but should also summarize student’s goals regarding guidance in the classroom moving forward. Students can also address how guidance differs from punishment, examples of practices they have seen or learned about that work well in classrooms and what they will do to support a positive environment and positive relationships with each child.
Paper should be in APA format including double spaced, Times New Roman font and in 12 pt. and include at least one citation and a reference page. Refer to the paper example in week 5 for proper formatting. You do not need to include a cover page, but you should have a title at the top of your page, centered
