Students are asked to read a published autobiography and write an analysis of the subject’s life using Erik Erikson’s eight stages of Psychosocial Development.
Students must select an autobiography that presents the subject’s full life and culture (60+ years of life).
The paper should be written in an APA (third person) style (refer to the latest edition of the APA Publishing Manual).
The paper should contain: (1) a cover page;
(2) an introduction that organizes the paper;
(3) an overview of the subject’s life and culture by examining the subject’s life using Erik Erikson’s eight stages of Psychosocial Development;
(4) a commentary analyzes how well Erikson’s theory explains the subject’s life and cultural journey;
(5) a final section that examines the subjects life through a Christian worldview; and
(6) a reference section.
Each student is expected to write between four-to-five pages or 1,000 to 1,250 words (no more or less), not including cover page or reference page.
The paper should be double-spaced, Times New Roman, size 12 font, and left margin justified.
