Research any corporation or business practice and write about any topic relating to things like;
management styles, ethics, organizational culture, leadership, communication, globalization,
international business, entrepreneurship, small businesses, diversity, etc. The topic/subject does not matter as long as it has business management relevance. The idea is to write a paper that you will find interesting.
Here are some sample ideas for a term paper can include topics like;
1. Enron, what were they all about and what was their management culture? How did the Bernie
Madoff’s action affect the corporation?
2. Microsoft or Google; how do they recruit and hire people?
3. How does corporation ___________, motivate their employees?
4. What is the organizational culture of company _________________________?
5. What is the corporate ethics of company __________ and how do they implement and make sure all employees follow them?
6. What is the business leadership concepts of company ___________ and how do they provide
training to their employees?
7. What are the policies used by a company to promote diversity in the workplace and how do
they implement them?
8. What are the specific challenges of managing a small business? Use a case study of a company or companies to back up your findings.
Each paper should be well-researched. A minimum of five FULL complete pages of content is
required. Papers need to be typed and double-spaced. Use 12-point font with 1” margins all around. A separate cover page and reference page is also required besides the minimum of five (5) full pages of content.
