Build your strategy by augmenting your goals for growth.
Consider your organization as an entity that maps to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.
Perform a SWOT analysis for each level.
Build upon this information to conclude with an operational strategy for HR and leadership.
Format your assessment as follows:
10- to 15-slide presentation
The slides should only contain essential information and as little text as possible. Do not design a slide presentation made up of long bullet points. Your speaker notes should convey the details you would give if you were presenting.
