Chapter 7 is about one of the most enjoyable parts of a Human Resource Manager’s job, and some of the tasks that most people think of when they hear the term “Human Resource Manager.” As you already know from the first six weeks of the class, a Human Resource Manager’s job is important to organizational success; but it is also complex and difficult (almost all management positions are).
