I live my life in widening circles that reach out across the world. I may not complete this last one but I will give myself to it. I circle around God, around the primordial tower. I’ve been circling for thousands of years and I still don’t know: am I a falcon, a storm, or a great song? ~Rainer Maria Rilke After finishing all the readings please revisit Chapter 8 “In Coming Back To Life”. Please experience one or more of the following: When I made a difference (pg. 145) Widening Circles Four Voices(requires additional willing participants), The Cradling(pg. 147) and Who Are You (pg. 152) (requires at least another person whom you trust). Dance to Dismember The Ego(pg. 154) (a little more involved but more of an embodied experience .) If you are drawn to another one of the exercises in chapter 8 let me know ahead of time and we can explore what that might look like. Again there will be some adaptation as you may not have an ability to access more than one or two whom you feel comfortable doing these activities with. Don’t hesitate to to reach out to me if you need help or suggestions in facilitating one or more of these with friends or family. Questions: 1.) Which exercise did you choose? 2.)
