I am trying to write a short chapter on Sales Performance Coaching. Think GROW and perhaps a few other methods.
Thus chapter would include how to do it.
The Audience is medium to large business leaders from CEO, CRO, CMO, VP SALES and Sales Leaders, to a lesser point, salespeople.
Revenue Enablement is a unified ecosystem of organizational enhancements streamlining interactions between an organization and its customers. A bridge between siloed departments, Revenue Enablement, aims to equip salespeople with what to know, do, show, and say to convert more sales opportunities quicker and to build customer loyalty.
I aim to expand on this definition and highlight specific areas in the practice that need to be described, prescribed, and taught how.
A method I want to use in every “chapter”:
My intended outcome is to state a claim about the current environment of the subject. I would use a rhetorical approach in each chapter.
1. Establish a territory, presenting a recent statistic or a story ( I have written some personal stories that can be used, but we also want others’ stories) That can be related to.
2. Creating a niche, giving a little background, pulling peer-reviewed quotes or empirical evidence. This would make the reader believe that what is coming next is important.
3. The solution and give examples of how to do it.
