Include the following in your paper:
Compare the early perspectives in cognitive psychology of empiricism and nativism.
Explain the key features of each perspective.
Describe the contributions to cognitive psychology of the following historical movements and developments:
Ancient Greek philosophers (Plato, Aristotle, Descartes)
Research in Germany using introspection
Behaviorism in America
Human research during World War II
The cognitive revolution and the information processing approach
Linguistics
Discuss contributions from the field of neuroscience to the understanding of cognitive psychology by addressing how at least two of the following have increased the understanding of the role of the brain in cognition:
Electroencephalogram
Magnetoencephalogram
Positron emission tomography
Functional magnetic resonance imaging
