Imagine that you are analyzing research to answer the following hypothesis:
H1- There is a relationship between the transformational leadership style and the motivation of employees in the service industry.
The independent variable is Leadership (LIDE) and the dependent variable is motivation (MOTI). It has been determined to perform a Pearson correlation analysis. Download the data panel and perform the test on the SPSS computer or use Excel. Present a document where you present the table and graph of results for your test. Then, write an essay where you analyze the result and determine if the hypothesis is rejected or not.
