Your reflection should be a minimum of 1100 words; however, it is highly expected that the assignment is longer than this minimum. Reflections are supposed to give you exposure to writings about specific topics. They are designed to provide you with experience at analyzing and critiquing academic research and theory, which is needed in developing informed ideological positions. Therefore, your reflection you should discuss and reference all the readings assigned within a specific learning module and explain the relevance of the reading in relation to your own work experiences. You should spend the majority of your reflection critiquing the readings. However, I am also interested in whether or not you agree with the assertions the authors are making, and why. Should be in APA format, citing at least one citing per-paragraph. Only use the documents provided.
